With over 30 years of physical therapy exercise experience under our belts, we are here to support our clients with fitness and wellness services, physical therapy evaluation, DNS (Developmental Neuromuscular Stabilization), Integrative Dry Needling, and Neuro Release Techniques (NRT).
NRT is a special combination of myofascial cupping, percussion therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue massage using various tools. These techniques promote maximum human (athletic) performance. Our Pilates classes include Pilates for rehabilitation, injury risk reduction, and female-athlete-specific performance training. Female Athlete Specific Exercise programs for injury risk reduction are offered on site, in studio or virtually.

We include DNS (Developmental Neuromuscular Stabilization) principles in our Pilates Reformer exercises, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation. We offer dry needling services to help alleviate muscle pain and improve function. This technique involves inserting fine needles into trigger points in the muscles to increase blood flow and release tension, promoting healing. Benefits of dry needling include enhanced range of motion, reduced muscle pain and stiffness, and accelerated recovery from injuries. We are trained in both Dry Needling and Neuro Release Techniques (NRT) through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute. NRT combines the use of non-invasive techniques of cupping, percussion therapy, and IASTM using tools to improve tissue healing and return to performance quickly. If dry needling is not appropriate for you, this is a great alternative for getting similar results.

Our approach to ACL injury risk reduction is core centered. We focus on quality core stabilization, proper diaphragmatic breathing to enhance whole trunk stability, and lower extremity alignment. We build strength and power after this foundation is established. These classes are a unique approach to ACL injury risk reduction for all athletes, but especially young female athletes. These ACL Risk Reduction classes can be scheduled on site for your team, one-on-one, or virtually with a monthly membership.

Our Pilates studio offers low-impact, comprehensive, full-body workouts focusing on the core. Our classes aim to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, alignment, and posture. You'll perform a controlled, steady flow of movement, concentration, and breathwork guided by your instructor.
Our Pilates studio offers classes for any first-time clients by instructor approval only. All current clients can book on our calendar. All Virtual classes are by Zoom and can be booked online - open to new clients without approval. Physical Therapy appointments are scheduled by appointment only by contacting Jill.
