Our Team's Objectives and Practices

At Prehab Pilates, we aim to help you maintain optimal health and performance through a whole-body approach. We achieve this by conducting thorough movement assessments, providing personalized exercise prescriptions, and utilizing manual therapy techniques. Our fitness and Pilates programs are grounded in scientific knowledge, ensuring that all exercises are safe and effective.

Some studios may prioritize complex choreography for its own sake. However, we focus on functional exercises that genuinely benefit your unique body. Combining fitness with science-backed routines, we help athletes and non-athletes perform at their best in everyday life. Through functional movement and informed exercise practices, we intend to enhance your athletic performance, improve your overall well-being, and prevent injuries.

Meet our Team

Jill Vonderhaar Nader, PT, Certified Pilates Instructor

A native of Northern Kentucky and graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University. She spent most of her 20-year clinical career with The Christ Hospital, where she was part of the Performing Arts Program, treating professional dancers, musicians, and singers.

Throughout her career, Jill has expanded her knowledge and skills by training with some of the most respected professionals and renowned Pilates programs. Jill has extensively studied the body and how it works. She has been trained in various types of manual therapy techniques and Integrative Dry Needling to help patients and athletes especially return to their activities. By combining this knowledge of hands-on work with a keen eye for movement, Jill can skillfully get to the root of physical problems causing pain and correct them. As a result, many patients with injuries experience improved performance in their sports and activities following sessions with her.

 

Jill is a working mom who understands the challenge of juggling family, business, and health. She inspires her clients by demonstrating that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is attainable for everyone with the proper support and strategies, even amidst busy schedules. In her free time, Jill enjoys traveling and exploring with her family, hiking, creating healthy family meals, and is an amateur sports photographer.
